Drummore is situated in the Rhins of Galloway in the south-west of Scotland, and has the distinction of being Scotland's most southerly village. The area is unspoilt, the scenery idyllic, and the seascapes around the Rhins can be as dramatic as they are beautiful, the area having been chosen as the location for the television series '2000 Acres Of Sky'. The weather is also warmer with less rainfall than one would expect.
